Front Lip (and optional Front Diffuser) made by NUE for the NB1 (1998-2000) to give a refreshed “Turbo” look. The Miata Turbo in Japan is the equivalent of the Mazdaspeed (MSM) Miata in America. It’s a pretty nice looking front lip that will absolutely give a fresh look to the NB design.
