This is an evolution of their original RAPFIX system, employing the use of lighter weight materials and an even easier to use mounting system. While the release mechanism has stayed largely the same, Works bell has made a new wheel attachment process: Previously you had to press the safety button, draw back the center slip, and then insert the wheel and lock it in place. NOW it’s as easy as placing the wheel on the hub! The new system self locks in place. Additionally, the RAPFIX II has a special mounting layout, so that it makes it easier to attach the wheel at center.
